Hey Foodies!!! Hope you all are enjoying your winters to the full. But what makes winters so special is my love for hot sizzling foods. And when it is desi Chinese, it is extra special. So here i share with you my yet another food experience to make crispy veg bullets. Ingredients 1 cabbage finely chopped 1 medium sized carrot finely chopped 1 medium sized capsicum finely chopped 2 medium sized boiled potatoes mashed 6-7 cloves of garlic finely chopped An inch of ginger finely chopped 4-5 medium sized green chilis finely chopped 1 teaspoon chili flakes half a teaspoon red chili powder table salt as per taste 5-6 tablespoons refined flour 2-3 tablespoons of fine suji About 100g of grated paneer Red food color 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 3-4 tablespoon milk mixed herbs seasoning Oil for deep frying A pinch of chaat masala Procedure Take a big mixing bowl.
